A replica of the Time Turner from Harry Potter. In the film this allows characters to travel back in time by turning the device. As such if you look carefully it has a little hourglass in the center which represents its relation to time.

Interestingly, the plot of the film had one of the best examples of time travel in a film ever as it was completely consistent.
