These glowing rim party cups basically work in the same way that glow sticks do, with cleverly placed glow sticks wrapped around the rims. They are tailored specifically to fit the cups so it is a snugger fit than if you just bought some cheap glow sticks and wrapped them around the rims. Overall a great idea for parties and something to consider for an upcoming Halloween party.

Once they have been activated they last about 12 hours before fading, which is pretty good and means they will definitely last for the whole party. They can be stored away effectively for 2 years, and probably more time but 2 years is the used-by-date and you have to wonder why anyone would be storing them for longer really. They come in 6 colors: blue, purple, green, yellow, orange and pink. They, obviously, work best in a darker room.
