Purple Solar Flower Lights

Alright, as we all know purple is objective the best color ever, so these purple solar flower lights for the garden are particularly nice. They glow a really nice shade of purple and are powered by the sun. A very cool idea really and these certainly stand out and look quite special.

Features:

• Comes in a set of 50.
• There are two different settings: twinkling and constant.
• A little solar charging panel charges them during the day.
• The entire thing is, of course, waterproof (though I probably would not trying throwing them in the pool, but you never know!).
• They travel a total of 15 feet but it is worth remembering you do not have to plug them into an outlet either.

The overall look of the flowers is very nice and it can work alright in doors provided the spot gets some expose to the sun, such as a window. Some people have also noted that the lights remind them a little of fireflies. There is just something so beautiful and almost exotic or unreal about the purple glow of them that makes them a nice item.

The main problem reported with the device is that apparently there is not a true consistency of battery life, with some lasting longer than others. This makes it a bit of a pain to decorate with as come 3 AM one set might still be on and the other out. It is a bit of a critical flaw really, but reports of this issue are thankfully quite isolated and it is hard to verify whether one of the solar cells was simply not getting enough light rather than an inherent problem with the device.
